Duration: 6 - 10 hours
Using our foundational facilitated
resources, students are guided in uncovering and examining their understanding
of leadership, building from the foundation of Leading Self.
We explore the leadership capabilities each student already uses, every day, across leadership dimensions.
We facilitate each student's unique insights into their social identity and their perceptions of others.
We examine the systems and organisations our students navigate every day and uncover their signs, symbols, stories, rules and rewards.
We encourage students to consider their values and 'non-negotiables'.
Outcomes include:
